Feeding plants, weather, and home-made bread...

Crazy weather, feeding our venus fly trap and baking bread have filled the time between relentless editing of photos (and ordering!!), building of kick-ass websites and general survival.

I've lost count of the nights that we've had such heavy wind, rain and hail that it's kept us awake. The weather has changed so frequently and drastically over the last week, I'm sure we must've broken some sort of record somewhere. From hail the size of peas and howling winds, to sudden sunny skies and relatively warm temperatures in just a few minutes...then right back to rain, hail and wind. It's nuts!

Simon's been baking bread again, and it's delicious, not to mention, a work of art by a master (and super cheap!). We should sell it out our dining room windows to the neighbours. :)

Round 1 of feeding the venus fly-trap has failed miserably. We reckon we've got a picky eater on our hands, and he's holding out for the big fat flies come warmer weather.

Turkish Coffee and Scrambled Tofu

Our new Turkish coffee cups. :)

 Scrambled Tofu. Mmmm...

One of the best ways to spend a gloomy, rain-cloudy, windy day...with a super strong Turkish coffee and some scrambled tofu with veggies and loads of turmeric. :)
