My favourite pub.

This pub is my Local, even though it's all the way across the Atlantic from my home base.

One day I walked into a pub in England looking for a summer job. They hired me (who knows why!), and seven years later, and I still fly all the way across the Atlantic Ocean to visit the family that owns the pub, work a few shifts, drink some good beer, and get my fill of the English Pub atmosphere (I love this place!). You can only get that atmosphere in England, no matter how hard people try to build "English pubs" in Canada and other places, that warmth and vibe just can't be re-created.
